As a Customer Service Representative with ACD Connect, you’ll do more than answer phones. You’ll help New Yorkers with disabilities and chronic health conditions access the support and resources they need to live independently at home.

A Bilingual Customer Service Role With Purpose

ACD Connect is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and one or more of the following languages:

• Spanish
• Mandarin
• Bangla
• Haitian Creole
• Urdu
• Arabic
• French
• Italian

You must live in the state of New York to be considered for this position.
